Independent, stands are able to “nest” together to save on space. A lot of our customers have space concerns. Each base measures 20.75”-12.75”wide x 20.5”-28.5”L x 43”-70” upright height x 20.25”-30” safety bar catch height (adjustable). Each base weighs 25lbs.

We have changed the foot base to be narrower in the front (12-3/4” wide) than the back width (20-5/8”wide) for the reason of, as you’re doing your squats, there is more entry way at the front for bringing the weight back, lessons the instance of catching your feet while holding the bar. The BD-3 offers a safety feature of a bar latch on either side of the uprights. This catch flips forward over the bar and holds it securely to the upright, not allowing the bar to flip under and uneven weight load. Just remember to remove the bar latch before lifting the bar off the uprights.

Speaking of uprights, adjustable height from 43” to 70” from the floor allows the user to find that perfect range for squats. Each stand also offers a safety bar catch a bit lower down the frame. Safety bar catch can adjust from 20.25” to 30” from floor in the instance that the bar cannot be returned safely to its resting position on the uprights. 4 Rubber base caps help provide stability while also protecting flooring surfaces from marring. Max weight load is 250lbs.
