Stud Bar is the original fixed mount ceiling or wall mountable pull up bar. Originally designed with Crossfit Kipping pull ups in mind we have a reputation for product sturdiness, and ease of installation into your existing ceiling or wall studs.

Stud Bar Pull Up Bars come in three sizes to accommodate different ceiling heights and wall mounting applications.

 

• Small Size – For 8 foot ceilings, bar hangs 10″ or 14″ below ceiling
• Standard Size – For 9 foot ceilings or wall mounting.
  Optional settings allow for bar to hang 14″ or 22″ below ceiling
• Large Size – For 10 foot ceilings.
  Optional settings allow for bar to hang 31″ or 39″ below ceiling

Our mounting holes center on your existing ceiling or wall studs at 48 inches for easy mounting. (Grade 8 wood mounting hardware included)

Once installed Stud Bar connects to your studs creating a “square” which actually increases the strength of your studs by connecting them through the brackets and bar. How to determine the size to order:

Simply hang a measuring tape downward from your ceiling and decide where your bar would best suit you. Small bar is 10″ or 14″ from ceiling or wall, Standard bar is 14″ or 22″ from ceiling or wall, Large is 31″ or 39″ from ceiling or wall.
