Freeze: Place sleeve in freezer bag and put in freezer for at least two hours.
Heat: Remove sleeve from any plastic bags. Be sure sleeve is at room temperature. Microwave for 10 seconds, if more heat is needed microwave in 5 second increments.
Apply: Gently pull sleeve onto the treatment area of the body and keep in place for approximately 15 minutes.
Wash: Hand wash with damp towel. Do not submerge sleeve in water. Air dry, do not machine wash.
CAUTION: If gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water. If crystals become visible, throw away the sleeve and do not apply to skin.
