Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack With Lat Pull Attachment Home Gyms

Constructed of a 12-gauge steel 2” x 2” frame, The Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack offers an in-cage working space of 23.5” front to back and 43.5” side to side. Total length of frame measures 55”. Frame finished in metallic pewter with black rubber base caps and chrome accessory accents.

The Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack with Lat Pull Attachment offers 4 plate storage pegs to the rear of the unit, 2 on each side. While the storage pegs are standard size (1”), they can easily accommodate 2” Olympic plates with each peg measuring 8” long. The user will run out of storage room on the peg before your max weight load for the storage peg has been reached.

Achieve the perfect adjustment for any user with 17 variable positions for bar supports located from 17.5” to 68” in height from the floor. Peg holes may be used for squat bar holder (500lb capacity) , safety bar catch (500lb capacity), accessory dip handles, accessory dumbbell holders, accessory short bar holders and accessory safety bar extensions. Accessories sold separately.

250lb capable lat pull accessory allows the user several workout options such as lat pull down (top), tricep pull (top), standing row (bottom) and the seated row (bottom). Both top and bottom lat pull options offer a standard bar and attachment chain, however several accessory options are available through Valor Fitness, notable the MB-4 Triangle Chest Pull and the MB-38 38” Solid Steel Lat Pull Bar. Plate carriage features standard plate peg on each side with spring clip to secure both standard and Olympic plates during workout. Lat pull cables and pulley’s offer a 1-year warranty while the BD-7 frame is covered by a 3-year warranty by Valor Fitness.

With safety in mind, 2 safety catch bars easily adjust to assist the user during squat and bench press workouts. Solid Steel bar anchors through from frame with twist adjustment and travels depth of frame. User can simply drop the bar onto the safety bar catch and step out of the cage if unable to return bar to top resting position. The Valor Fitness safety bar catch has been specifically engineered to support the force of a dropped heavily weighted bar. A lap bar to secure the user while doing lat pulls is also included and offers a bar pad for the lap as well as easy mount/ dismount from the attachment point for quick adjustments while working out.

Pull Up station located at the top of the rack boasts solid steel construction with knurled grips at either end. Pull up bar measures approx. 83” from floor. Suitable for users up to 350lbs.
