The Valor Fitness DE-4 is specifically designed for sit-ups, featuring 2″ thick support pad for the users back as well as foam knee and adjustable ankle supports.

Back pad measures 24″ in length and a tapered 14″ to 11″ width for optimal comfort.

12-gauge steel frame is strong enough to easy support the user and at the same time light enough to be mobile if need be. Total bench weight is 33lbs.

4-point rubber base caps to help protect flooring and provide added stability.

Increase weight resistance with the use of a Valor Fitness Slam Ball or Medicine Ball.
