The RG-13 Landmine Rig Attachment will add dynamic core and rotational exercises to your routine. Used commonly with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training, the landmine will challenge your athletes by hitting muscle groups from multiple angles while experiencing a cardio state. The Valor Landmine accommodates both Olympic and Standard bars.

The Valor RIG is the pinnacle of a BOX or personal training facility. If your fitness space is small or large we have RIG configurations to accommodate your fitness space. Each piece is sold individually allowing for a wide variety of customizable options.
