Valor Fitness Olympic Bench W/ Spotter

The BF-7 Valor Fitness Olympic Bench with spotter stand is strong, solid, dependable and built to last.

No moving parts, just a solid piece of steel equipment.

The 3″ high density rebounding pad contours from 11″ to 10″ at shoulders for stability and allows your shoulders to have the proper freedom of movement. Back pad measures 47″ in length and rests approx. 17.5″ from floor.

Sold Steel spotter stand in black diamond plate. Frame is constructed of 2″x 2″ 12 gauge steel in a pewter finish. This tripod bench style allows for added stability while lifting heavy loads. Each base foot is encased in a rubber cap not only to protect your floor finish in your home or gym, but to also add a grip and stability.

Uprights are stationary measuring 45″ in height from floor with striker plates measuring from floor 41″ and 37″. Second position striker plate can be used for a safety bar catch if user cannot return bar to first position under heavy loads.

Maximum weight capacity is 450 lbs plus user’s weight.
