The Valor Fitness BF-52 Olympic Bench with Dual Positions is versatile, allowing the user to bench press in flat, incline or decline, military press, preacher curl and leg lifts (with accessory attachments) as well as squats (off back of uprights).

Back and Lower Seat Padding is designed for optimal comfort, offering 3″ high-quality vinyl covered padding and a tapered fit from shoulders to lower lumbar. Back support adjusts in 9-ways allowing the user to obtain that perfect position. Also, Back and Seat pads adjust on a pivot point allowing the user to slide further under the bar while working out the bench press position.

Accessory adapter already installed on front frame, allows user to add options to further their workout capabilities with the Preacher Curl EX-2 Accessory Attachment, as well as the EX-1 Leg Lift Accessory Attachment, each sold separately. The accessory adapter can also accommodate other accessories with a frame size of 1-3/4″ x 1-3/4″, as the frame measures 2″ x 2″. Rear mounted popper pin allows for easy adjustment with the accessory in place.

Adjustable Uprights range from 34.75″ to 52.5″ (from floor) and include a safety bar catch on the front of the unit. The unique feature of the double hook allows the user to not only do a standard bench on the front of the unit, but to also utilize the squat function from the back as well.

5 frame to ground contact points give this frame a very stable foundation to safely work from. Each foot is encased in a rubber base cap to better protect your home or gym flooring at the same time providing a non-slip surface for workouts requiring a larger weight load.
